This is our “getting to know you” phase. We’ll typically have a phone call with you to explore what you’re looking for and talk through some solution ideas. We’ll usually follow this phase up with clarifying questions and/or a questionnaire to get a better feel for your business’s goals and strategy.
scope of work
Our team will then put together a detailed scope of work document. The document will outline the solutions we will be providing, timelines for those solutions, communication touchpoints with you, and pricing. We’ll review the scope of work with you and work through any changes with you.
implementation
Our team will get to work crafting our custom solutions, communicating with you via the touchpoints we mutually agreed to in the scope of work.
For one-time software and development work, we’ll work with you and your team to train on and implement the software. Our goal will be to ensure you are highly satisfied with our work and ready to use it for your business.
For ongoing local SEO and social media marketing, we’ll continue to execute our strategies, ensuring you understand the results of our work and the impact it is having on your business.
